On the Stork Day, celebrated each year by the Municipality of Cheshinovo-Obleshevo, we visited the completed birdwatching tower offering view of the magnificent rice paddy fields. The birdwatching tower represents yet another step by which the Macedonian Stork Village reaffirms its mission to conserve the densest population of white stork. During our visit to the tower we also donated two binoculars to be used by local schools and other visitors to the birdwatching tower.
