As part of the project “Supporting a sustainable future for people and nature in the Osogovo mountain”, as a result from the component for development of sustainable tourism in the region three leaflets for bike trails were made.

Results of the current monitoring in Osogovo were presented in the meeting. Additionally, the Strategy for the Monitoring Network of Osogovo Mountains was reviewed. Cooperation between MES and local partners involved in the monitoring has yielded positive results, such as: increased collection of information for the current state of predator and prey, training for the use of appropriate methods for monitoring and exchange of information, and expert advice. These results enhanced the mutual cooperation and trust which initiated the establishment of a monitoring network. MES prepared a draft document of the Strategy for the Monitoring Network of Osogovo Mountains, which was presented, collectively reviewed and adopted at the meeting.
Во рамки на проектот „Поддржување на одржлива иднина за луѓето и природата на Осогово“ беше одржана еднодневна работилница за мониторинг на крупни месојади и нивниот плен. На обуката присуствуваа 16 учесници од ЈП „Македонски шуми“, подружници „Кратово“ – Кратово, „Осогово“ – Кочани и „Голак“ – Делчево, како и од ловните друштва „Осогово“ – Крива Паланка, „Буковац“ – Кратово, „Осогово“ – Кочани и „Македонска Каменица – Саса“ – Македонска Каменица. На работилницата беа презентирани статусот на крупните месојади на подрачјето на Осоговски Планини, најзначајните методи за мониторинг на крупните месојади, како и значењето од формирање мониторинг мрежа и нејзиното функционирање. Договорено е во наредниот период МЕД, во соработка со горенаведените организации, да започне со мониторинг активности преку спроведување конкретни теренски истражувања.
