\u043c\u0440\u0435\u0436\u0438.<!--:--><!--:en-->The Cultural Center \u201cKocho Racin\u201d from Kichevo organized a public event in the frame of their programme \u201cCultural and art reforms \u2013 a different kind of Kichevo\u201d. This particular public event was dedicated to the protection of the Balkan lynx in the Kichevo area and was held on 24.12.2015. The participants that attended the event were mainly members of the local hunting organization, pupils from primary and secondary schools and other interested people. The new documentary video called \u201cBalkan Lynx Recovery Programme\u201d opened the event after which Dime Melovski presented and emphasized the excellent cooperation that MES has established with the hunting society \u201cDushegubica\u201d and MES\u2019s volunteers. After that, few volunteers, as well as a hunter from Dushegubica briefed the audience on their view towards the general protection of the Balkan lynx and their involvement in this process. A plenary discussion was open afterwards and the interested people had the chance to ask questions and comment on the main threats to the lynx and future steps towards its recovery.
