in October, educational activities for the values of the old beech forests were conducted, in the Kochani Basic Schools \u201cKiril and Methodius\u201d and \u201cMalina Popivanova\u201d, in the V<sup>th <\/sup>grade. After the lectures and games, the children had an outdoor class, in Ponikva, where they passed the \u201cThe woodpecker trail\u201d. The same day when the trail was officially open, took place the promotional event \u201cOsogovo beautiful and different\u201d, where the NGO\u2019s and Associations form Osogovo presented their activities.<\/p>\n<p>As a closure and with hope that it will attract more adults and children, on 6<sup>th <\/sup>of Fevruary, it was held a public presentation of these activities, which was organized by the Macedonian Ecological Society and the schools involved, with a support by the Municipality of Kochani.<\/p>\n<p>The presentation was attended by the sponsors of the class in nature: Ladna voda, Balkan lux and Osogovski mlecni proizvodi; theMayor of Kochani, the director of the Forestry unit Kochani, NGO representatives from Kochani and scouts from PIOM, who were handed with certificate of appreciation. Also, there were present parents and teachers and more than 600 children from all primary schools in Kochani.
