The board evaluating the submitted draft projects consisted of: Dr. Alexander Bittner (DBU \u2013 Germany), Annette Schpangenberg (EuroNatur \u2013 Germany), Manuela von Arx (KORA, Switzerland), Aleksander Trajce (PPNEA, Albania) and Gjorgje Ivanov (MES, Macedonia). All the submitted draft projects were evaluated according to the following criteria:<strong>\u00a0the quality of the draft project, social and geographical encompassment, financial justification, originality of the project, whether it is sustainable and whether it has humanitarian aims<\/strong>.
